I’m Amy Villasana-Moore, founder of Indigo Orchid Advisory. My work sits at the intersection of business systems, operations and organizational transformation, where I help leadership teams make sense of complexity as their companies evolve.

My perspective comes from decades of work across CRM, enterprise systems, and cross-functional initiatives. That work spans more than 100 systems initiatives across both large and boutique consultancies, as well as SaaS environments, covering a broad range of platforms and operating models.

Most of those efforts involve close collaboration with C-suite, V-suite, and operational leadership teams as they synthesize periods of growth, organizational change, and increasing operational demands. That synergy continues to reinforce the importance of cultivating systems that can support growth and change without fragmenting the structures underneath them—helping organizations respond with greater clarity, continuity, and operational stability over time.
